14 DAYS RIGHT OF CANCELLATION:
When you shop online at ELISE GUG you have 14 days to inform us that you wish to cancel your order and then return the item to us within the next 14 days.
Some items are not covered by this right, which will be appear clearly in the ordering process.
The right of cancellation applies from the day you received your order. If the deadline expires on a bank holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day (DK), Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, deadline is extended to the following business day.
In case you wish to return your order and receive a full refund, it is required that the goods are handled in the same way as in a physical store. In other words – you may try the product on, but not take it in actual use.
If the product is tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that you, by cancellation of the purchase only get part of or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the product’s commercial value.
In order to exercise this right, you must, by an unequivocal statement, notify us in writing within 14 days after receiving your order.

We offer a free return, the label is in the purchase, if not, please send an email to nk@elisegug.com to get your return label by email.
We do not pay the return if the clothes have a 50% reduction or more. But you can still return at your own cost. We can also provide a return label on request as we get cheaper rates especially from abroad. Then the refund will be reduced by approximately 15 € from abroad, and 50 kr from Denmark.
By return you should make sure that the goods are securely wrapped. You have the responsibility to ensure packages / goods until we receive it. It is therefore advised to keep postal receipts and any tracking number.
You must pay the costs of returning the goods when you regret your purchase.
Items should be returned unused and with all ELISE GUG garment tags still attached.
